Change naming convention in the whole repo
For historical reasons we have a mix of naming styles, lower camel case, upper camel case, snake case, sometimes for the same type of object. We should reformat the entire repo choosing a coherent naming convention.
DPPS guideline is to follow PEP8 while DIRAC follows PEP8 only for class names (upper camel case), while for variables, functions and methods, it uses lower camel case instead of snake case. Also modules in DIRAC use upper camel case instead of snake case.
Since CTADIRAC is an extension of DIRAC and it makes use of the DIRAC API, it makes sense to follow the DIRAC standards.
We should ideally find an automatic tool to coonvert snake case into lower camel case for variables, functions and methods.
Then we should make a dedicated 'code style' release.
In addition, check if pre-commit can be instructed to check the naming convention.
