Allow sending jobs which simulate only CORSIKA, without piping to sim_telarray

This requires also changes to the two dirac scripts dirac_simtel_check and dirac_prod_run. The modified scripts can be found on cvmfs in

/cvmfs/sw.cta-observatory.org/software/centos7/gcc83_noOpt/simulations/corsika_simtelarray/2024-02-05-corsika

The scripts can handle both cases of only CORSIKA and CORSIKA/sim_telarray simulations. Therefore, the plan is to replace them in the main Prod6 directory in the future, but it probably shouldn't be done in the middle of the production.
