Refactor: create CWLTranslator class

Since CWL_utils file was getting bigger and more complex, I created a CWLTranslator class to make the code a bit more clear.

What do you think?

• suggests changes on this refactoring if needed
• update unit tests:
  • write the tests for cwl translator itself
  • adapt the test_cwl_job
