Upload reduced data produced by SimPipe

reduced_data_simpipe into main

SimPipe produces in each job also a file with reduced data which can be used later to derive simulation parameters. This MR adds the functionality to CTADIRAC to upload these data files as well.

In addition, it adds the view_cone metadata field for the files.
