Prod6 preparations

Add options to run with SCTs (only 20 deg), do not look for full-moon output when running without full-moon simulation, remove the b-align option, add the option to run with or without MAGIC, add SCT metadata field.

We might have to look into the metadata again before launching, but at least the changes made in the MR were tested and work well.
