Metadata fix

Luisa Arrabito requested to merge arrabito/ctadirac-main:metadata_fix into main

Remove metadata field add operation from Job API modules and cta-prod-managedata. The reason is that addition of metadata index should be done only once using the dms cli before launching any production.
