Gitlab CI Update

Natthan.Pigoux requested to merge natthan.pigoux/CTADIRAC:ci_update into dirac_tests_update
  • Remove useless pipelines
  • Create DIRAC client docker image using AlmaLinux and push it to Gitlab Container Repository (only tag)
  • Add a dummy CTADIRAC test using the image (only tag)
  • Push CTADIRAC to PyPi repository using token (only tag)
