Beginning to import the full Prod6 model from sim_telarray and to add the corresponding schemas.

This merge requests:

  • moves schema files from github repository into this repository
  • updates schema files to be consistent with output from sim_telarray
  • tests all schema files with the prod6 as exported using the functionality discussed here
  • updates documentation on model parameters

This is an intermediate step towards to import of the full Prod6 model into the DB.
