Fix units for a couple of entries

Gernot Maier requested to merge dimensionless-issue into main

The following units are fixed:

  • laser_pulse_offset for illuminators from 'null' to 'ns'
  • all iobuffer sim_telarray configuration settings from 'null' to 'byte'

This has not been caught in the CI due to a bug in simtools (see [this PR](
