Corsika parameters

Adds

• a new collection configuration_corsika to the database.
• a list of CORSIKA parameters expected to possibly change between productions

All values and parameters are from https://github.com/gammasim/simtools/blob/main/data/parameters/corsika_parameters.yml

Description of the parameters can be found in the "to-be-review" PR in https://github.com/gammasim/simtools/tree/corsika-parameters-in-db/simtools/schemas/model_parameters (all schema files starting with corsika_)

After successful review, I will copy this directory into the prod5 (2020-06-28) directory. We used the same corsika parameters for prod5.
