Remove duplicated files for prod5

Gernot Maier requested to merge remove-files-in-wrong-dir into main

Some files for the collections OBS and configuration_sim_telarray have been accidentally submitted to the telescope directories for the prod5 (2020-06-28) model. This merge requests remove all those files (as simtools uses those from the OSB or configuration collections)
