Changes necessary to reproduce Prod6 results

Some of the changes here are critical to produce meaningful simulations, some are for parameters that have no consequence but were included in order to try and compare photoelectrons between Prod6 and simtools. They do not hurt though, so I left them in order to at least be consistent with Prod6.

These changes requires changes in simtools, so I recommend merging this together with the corresponding PR in simtools which will be opened momentarily.
