First example for numgain

First example how parameters are set for the simple example of setting the number of gains:

  • configuration and metadata in input subdirection
  • use generic simtools-run-application with this configuration file to generate output (includes output meta, json with new model parameter file, and log file from simtools)

Requires simtools from the branch setting-workflows (see PR 1379).
