First version of new simulation model repository include prod5 and prod6 values

New structure of simulation model repository with values and files copied from https://gitlab.cta-observatory.org/cta-science/simulations/simulation-model/model_parameters.

Main changes are

  • versioning of model parameters
  • introduction of production tables

Notes:

  • gitlab-CI file is not tested yet (awaits a new container image from simtools).
  • temporary scripts used to copy over files from model parameter repository are in simulation-models/tmp_scripts/. Assumption is that we don't want to keep them, but they are probably valuable until this version is in production status.
