Correction to South prod 5.0.0 hyper array definition

South prod 5.0.0 hyper array is defined for 25 MSTs, but not for additional 3-digit MSTs.

  • added MSTs up to MSTS-25 to the hyper_array layout (note that this is not the full prod5 hyperarray)
  • removed 3-digit MST definition.
