Description

The remaining failure in !138 (merged) is due to predoc not being on built on MRs. In the toolkit pipelines, we are also building doc on pipelines and publishing to review environment.

We can probably adopt from these features of calibpipe docs (and other parts TBD):

Move docs to "docs" stage:

cta-computing/dpps/aiv/dpps-aiv-toolkit!110 (merged)

Add predoc to render diagrams with mermaid etc:

cta-computing/dpps/aiv/dpps-aiv-toolkit#128
