Update of actors list

Description

I completed the actors list following discussions in #20 (closed) and #21 (closed). In more details:

• Human actors (Calibration and Simulation Scientists, Pipeline Manager)
• QualPipe direct interaction with the CalibPipe database (interactions with the other pipelines were already written down)
