This MR modifies the main atmospheric calibration usecase according to the issues opened by Markus:
An additional usecase is under preparation. It addresses the selection of atmospheric molecular profile. It is not included in this request, since the goal of the request is to address the changes in the existin atmospheric calibration main method.
