Muon optical throughput use cases update

Description

Two use cases (DPPS-UC-120-2.1 and DPPS-UC-120-2.2) related to the optical throughput calculation using muon rings were updated, particularly:

  • Updated to one common template.
  • Updated to be consistent with what CalibPipe should/should not do.
  • Updated the working scenario that will reflect what the Muon Calibration code will do.
  • Minor changes, rewriting, and restructuring.
